This is annother small update. Some bug fixes and new secret map :)

• Fixed issue that displays multiple "select tubby " windows.
• Minor changes of Host menu.
• Fixed some textures.
• added mew map.

This update brings a new map easter egg. The map is locked by default, but you can unlock it by playing as a survivor. I can tell you one thing: visit lake map. :)
