Merry Christmas, everyone!

I've just released a new update right before Christmas. It's just a small maintenance update. I've made a few minor changes, such as time-related events and updated one note.

Here is the full changelog:

• Fireworks will now spawn during New Year and New Year's Eve.
• Instead of the entire month of March, fireworks will now be spawned exactly on March 16th.
• Updated Notification: "Not Currently Logged."
• PO is now Santa Claus ^^
